Jose Lopez leads AI at bunny.net, where he built an AI Gateway with an LLM Firewall for real-time detection and redaction of PII and prompt injections. Previously, he built the AI team and platform at IriusRisk and shipped product-integrated agents for threat modeling, risk assessment and secure-by-design attack simulation.
Earlier, he built large-scale machine-learning systems at Mimecast, led graph-machine-learning research at Zed Worldwide, and worked on defense and critical-infrastructure software at ELIMCO Sistemas.
